Shipment Policy
Once the package has reached the Shipment Facilities, we are not liable for any damages or losses. We will make our best effort to get the order safely to its destination.
Return and Refund Policy
All sales are final and no refund/return/exchanges will be issued. However, If you have an issue with your order once it has arrived, please reach out within the next 12 hours, so we can find a solution together.
If the package arrives damaged, please make sure to take any pictures of the box/package. Then open the package and if the product is damaged as well, take pictures right away and email the pictures, order number (if possible) and any relevant information to info@similkart.ca
Import Duties and Taxes
For international orders, you may be required to pay import duties, taxes, and fees. None of these are included in the product price or shipping cost. These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
It is your responsibility to check and pay any applicable customs charges.
